Privacy policy

This policy covers the personal information we collect through onefold.com.au — the enquiry forms, the chat widget, the booking calendar and the analytics on the site. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who we are
Onefold Works is a registered business name of Dishaira Pty Ltd (ABN 67 665 857 429), based in Melbourne, Victoria. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Dishaira Pty Ltd trading as Onefold Works. You can reach us at hello@onefold.com.au.
What we collect
Only what you hand us, plus the ordinary technical information any website receives:
- From the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and a short description of the problem you want solved.
- From the chat widget: the messages you send, and any contact details you provide inside the conversation.
- From the booking calendar: your name, email address, phone number and the time slot you pick.
- Automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and how you arrived, collected through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, government identifiers, or health information through this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for and run the 20-minute assessment, to quote and deliver our services, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. That is the whole list.
If you submit the enquiry form, you are agreeing that we can contact you about that enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of it. If we ever want to send you something that is not a reply to your enquiry, we will ask first, and every such email will carry an unsubscribe link.
Who else touches your information
We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. The ones that apply:
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship manager. Enquiries, chat conversations and bookings are stored there.
- Google Analytics — anonymous-by-default site usage statistics.
- Hostinger — hosts this website and its email.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the forms on this site you accept that your information may be handled overseas by those providers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
The chat on this site is an AI
The assistant in the chat widget is software, not a person, and it says so if you ask. Your messages are processed by an AI model in order to answer you, and the conversation is stored against your contact record so a human can pick up where it left off. Do not put anything confidential into it that you would not put in a first email to a stranger.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and conversations from people who do not become clients are kept for two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, which is what Australian tax and business record-keeping requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to hold on to it.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are written to a location outside the public web root, and the credentials that connect the site to our CRM are stored outside it too. Access to the CRM is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your information
Email hello@onefold.com.au and ask. We will confirm who you are, then give you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it — normally within 30 days, at no charge.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and give us a fair chance to fix it. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones, and the chat widget stores a small identifier so your conversation survives a page reload. You can block or clear both in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
